Refael Franco is a seasoned cybersecurity professional renowned for his pioneering work in Israel’s cyber defense field.
With over 25 years of experience, he has played key roles in shaping national cyber policies and frameworks.
His leadership includes positions as the deputy director general of the Israel National Cyber Directorate, head of its defense arm, and head of the cyber regulation division, contributing significantly to the country’s security landscape.
Mr. Franco received the prestigious Israel Security Award and authored “Plan B,” a cyber crisis preparedness and management handbook.
Additionally, Franco is the Co-founder and CEO of Code Blue, a company specializing in global cyber crisis preparedness and management services for enterprises worldwide.
He is also an angel investor in the cyber industry and holds a master’s in emergency and disaster management.
