Roy Friedman is the Executive Director for Strategy and Policy at the INCD. In this role he is responsible for devising the national cyber defense strategy, policy and cyber regulation.
Before that, since 2017 Roy served as the Biometric Applications Commissioner at the Prime Minister’s Office and INCD, in charge of oversight of over the use of biometrics, and the policy and regulation in the fields of digital identity and biometrics.
Before joining government, Roy held several roles in product and project management in the private sector.
