Getting to Tel Aviv University for Cyber Week:
Convenient Public Transportation:

Tel Aviv University is conveniently accessible by public transportation. We recommend planning your trip in advance using Moovit (https://m.moovitapp.com/) or Google Maps to find the most efficient route for your arrival time.

Arrival at Tel Aviv University:

For your ease of access, we recommend aiming to arrive near Gate 4 or the Main Gate (Gate 7). This will allow you to navigate the campus easily to reach your event location.

Parking Options:

If you prefer to drive, paid parking lots are available near the university.

In Tel Aviv, and most of the rest of the country, life continues as normal, with essentially no disruptions for the last few months. All Tel Aviv’s cultural attractions, beaches, hotels and restaurants are operating normally.
The conference is expected to run as scheduled. We are watching closely the security situation. If it changes and there is any potential risk at the time of the conference to attendees safety, we will not go ahead with the conference.

Light meals and refreshments are provided at Cyber Week events. You can also purchase meals on-campus.

If you need a Visa letter, send an email to [email protected]  with your full name, title, organization and a scan of the main page of your passport  and we would be happy to provide you with one.

All events are held in English. There is no option for simultaneous translation to any other language.
