Annie Degani is Head of Business Development at FinSec Innovation Lab, a joint venture by Mastercard and EnelX for fintech and cybersecurity startups. Annie leverages her extensive knowledge to spearhead strategic partnerships, identify emerging trends, foster innovation, and drive startup value creation. Annie joined FinSec Innovation Lab after being a Director at Deloitte, leading the Israeli practice for R&D and Innovation Incentives. From innovative early to late-stage startups, government bodies, and Fortune 500 companies, over the years Annie has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals with their strategic product design and roadmap development that led to successful product launches, scaling reach, and enhancing growth in international markets. Annie holds a BSc in Life Sciences and Art History (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.
