Chen leads the commercial and administration legal team in the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD) and is the legal counsel to the Technology Unit, consulting on large scale technology projects. In addition, Chen serves as INCDs Data Protection Officer.
Before joining the INCD, Chen served as an officer in the Military Advocate General in several roles.
Chen is a Lawyer and Economist, highly experienced in internal legal counsel, with special expertise in Commercial Law, Privacy and Data Protection, Product Development, Cyber Law, and Labor Law.
