Colonel Warren Parker, US Marine Corps (Retired) is the Chairman of the South Coast Cyber Center in Beaufort, South. A 30 year veteran of the Marine Corps, he is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Harvard University. As well he graduated from the National War College in Washington, DC.
He has served at all levels from infantry platoon to Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). Colonel Parker is also helping lead the National Science Foundation Maritime Cybersecurity Innovation Engine program in South Carolina.
He and his wife of 47 years, Debbie, have one son a retired US Navy cyber officer and two grandchildren.
