Dirk Koch is Partner at the law firm ByteLaw Rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt, Germany. Dirk also holds a technical qualification as a Certified Ethnical Hacker (CEHv11). He is particularly active as a Counsel advising companies in the areas of data security, privacy data protection as a CIPP/E qualified counsel and corporate IT governance, including counselling in the field of detection and defense of data theft and cyber-attacks (Breach Counselor). He teaches at the University of Bamberg, Germany.
