Doron Feldman is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Political Science, Government, and International Affairs at Tel Aviv University and a researcher specializing in national cyber strategies at the Yuval Ne’eman Workshop for Science, Technology, and Security. His research, supervised by Prof. Azar Gat, focuses on the soft power strategies that small states employ in conflict environments as part of their defense strategy. This research includes a comparative analysis of Israel’s strategies and those of Taiwan, Singapore, Estonia, and Finland.

Doron holds an M.A. in Security Studies, a B.A. (with Honors) in Political Science and the History of Modern Israel, and a teacher’s certificate in citizenship studies, all from Tel Aviv University. During his academic career, he has received numerous scholarships and awards, including a Ph.D. scholarship from the Center for Combating Pandemics, a research grant from the Center for the Study of the United States at Tel Aviv University in partnership with the Fulbright Program, the Goldman Scholarship for Better Government, the Inbar Fund Scholarship in terrorism studies, and the Gad Ja’acobi Research Scholarship on Zionism.
