Dr. Adi Hoorvitch Lavi is the VP of Growth & Investments at Poalim Tech, the banking arm for tech companies, investors, and ecosystem players at Bank Hapoalim. In this role, she leads teams responsible for the marketing, sales, and business development in the high-tech sector, as well as manages the venture capital investment program.
Prior to her current position, Adi served as a Business Development Manager at EY in the high-tech division, where she provided investment advisory services and led flagship events. She has also held various business development management positions at several companies.
Adi holds a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University, where she focused her research on investors’ decision-making in early-stage startups. She also has an MBA, a B.A. in Economics, and a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Michigan State University.
