Hamutal Meridor

Defense Tech Founder, Stealth

Israel

Hamutal Meridor recently started a defense tech startup, still in stealth mode. Between 2021-2024, she was a partner at Vintage, leading Fund investments and early to growth-stage investments focused on Artificial Intelligence and Data.

Before joining Vintage, Hamutal acted as GM of Palantir Israel for six years, after heading the open-source web intelligence division at Verint, working at YaData (a data analytics startup acquired by Microsoft) and being an entrepreneur at her own startup.

Hamutal has been focused on data technologies for enterprises, governments, and online throughout her career. She was a founding member of “Cracking the Glass Ceiling,” a non-profit promoting girls from social and geographical peripheries to STEM.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from the Hebrew University, and an MSc in Natural Language Processing from the University of Edinburgh, where she received numerous awards for academic excellence.
