Micha has served for 26 years in the Israeli army in various roles in the cyber security arena. Following that, Micha Served as the CISO of “Mizrahi-Tefahot” Israeli bank, for 10 years. In the last 8 years, Micha has led the Financial-Cyber activities at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. He focused on Cybersecurity in the finance sectors, FinTech, innovation, National Cyber and Finance Continuity Center, Supply chain guidance, Financial Cyber Community, AI in cyber and methods for sharing cyber threats . Micha initiated and developed methodologies for measuring and assessing cyber risks at the sectoral, national, and international levels.
