Ofer Levinger is an executive SVP, a member of the board of management and head of the technology division in Isracard Group. Prior to his work with Isracard, Ofer served as CEO of White Hat, a cyber-security company which was acquired by the US based EPAM corporation.
Preceding his entrepreneurial journey Ofer held senior positions with Bank Poalim and the Israeli tech leader, NICE. Ofer held senior positions with Bank Poalim and the Israeli tech leader, NICE.
Prior to his civilian career Ofer served in the IDF leading, inter-alia, the Israeli Army’s prestigious software unit, LESHEM Ofer left the IDF at the rank of Colonel Ofer holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics and computer science from Bar Ilan University and a Master in political science from Haifa University.
