Rafi Mizrahi has been leading the Incident Response teams at the Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD) for the past six years. Rafi is an expert in identifying, analyzing, investigating, and containing cybersecurity incidents, and possesses extensive knowledge in guiding National & Critical Infrastructures.
Prior to his current role, Rafi retired from the ISA (Israel Security Agency) after serving over 14 years in various positions within the technological units.
Rafi holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from The Open University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
