Rivki Dvash is a senior fellow at ITPI and a public policy consultant with professional and managerial experience gained from working in various positions in the Ministry of Justice. She has served as the Head of the Freedom of Information Governmental Unit and temporary Head of the Privacy Protection Authority. Dvash established and coordinated a committee to examine data protection legislation, known as the Schoffman Report. She has also participated in inter-ministerial committees such as the inter-ministerial team that examined biometric applications and the team that examined the principles for disclosure of information by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Rivki works part-time at ITPI and focuses on privacy and data protection issues in Israel and internationally.
