Tammy Ohana Koll is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Since March 2023, she has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Formula Systems and the Chief Executive Officer of the Michpal Group.
Before joining Formula, Tammy held leadership positions at Migdal Insurance & Finance Group for 12 years. From 2011 to 2017, she served as the Vice President of R&D at Migdal Insurance Company Ltd., where she spearheaded the company’s research and development efforts. Subsequently, she was promoted to the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer, a position she held for 6 years until her move to Formula Systems.
Throughout her career, Tammy has developed expertise in various domains, including strategic planning, enterprise management, innovation, cybersecurity, crisis management, and digital transformation. Her extensive knowledge and experience have enabled her to drive significant technological advancements and business growth in the organizations she has led.
