Yael Elbaz is Senior Director of Compliance at Rapyd, a leading fintech company, with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters in the capital market, crypto and data protection.
Spending a few years abroad, she gained global experience in crypto AML/CFT regulations, designing strategies and policies, implementing innovative technologies to counter financial crimes (as part of her previous role as Senior Director in eToro).
She was also legal advisor in the Israeli Security Authority and has expertise in regulatory and compliance matters in the capital markets.
She is a qualified lawyer and is currently completing her Master’s studies in Governance, with a focus on Counter-Terrorism track.
