As a Managing Partner, Yair leads Dell Technologies Capital in Europe and Israel, focusing on early stage enterprise technology startups. He has over 2 decades experience in building companies, part of which leading Microsoft’s M&A in the region. Previously, Yair held corporate strategy leadership roles at ECI Telecom and at Rotem Strategy. For five years, Yair lectured on strategy at Wharton and for two years on the evolution of data at Stanford. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Bioinformatics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Reichman University.
